I've been reading Substack newsletters for 18 months now and I find I often lose either the plot (too many ideas) or interest (too much explanation, labouring the point) 2/3 way through thinking "seriously you could have wound this up already!".
May I say your length was, as Goldilocks famously once said about a bed, "just right!". Loved your session with Tim Denning also just now.
